Randell K. Wood

For over 40 years  Randy Wood has practiced in the areas of personal injury and criminal law with a particular emphasis on international issues.  He has participated in large product liability lawsuits as well as major felony trials across the country, as well as represented foreign countries before the United States courts.     

His clients have ranged from The Country of Libya to International high profile clients, to people severely injured or killed by defective products.   His advice and counsel are sought by people and institutions from all parts of the world.       

Before founding the law firm of Wood and Associates, he worked as the Springfield City Prosecutor and at judicial request as the Special Prosecutor for the 39th Judicial Circuit.  

Over the years Mr. Wood has lectured on issues ranging from product liability, search and seizure, 4th amendment rights, probable cause, ethics, and criminal practice.  He has also authored numerous legal articles.

 His areas of practice include; personal injury claims, litigation, civil and criminal trials, product liability litigation, international law, prison transfer treaties, and major felony drug cases.
